How specialist cases work

A clinic posts a case, verified specialists apply, the owner picks a primary dentist and up to two on-call backups.

Specialist cases connect a clinic that has a patient needing a specialist procedure with verified specialists nearby.

  1. The clinic posts the case with mandatory photos or X-rays, the specialty, date and time, duration and the fee. → Post a case
  2. Verified specialists in that specialty who are in the same governorate or nearby get a notification and apply. → Apply to a case
  3. The owner reviews each applicant (profile, rating, distance, completed cases) and chooses one primary dentist and up to two on-call dentists. → Choose your dentists
  4. If the primary withdraws or doesn't show, the first on-call is promoted automatically.
  5. Everyone gets a reminder one day and one hour before the appointment.
  6. After the work: Case completed, and both sides rate each other.

Cases are anonymous: never the patient's name, phone, ID or face. The full address and phone number are shown only to the primary and on-call dentists after they are selected; everyone else sees the governorate, city and distance.

DentX takes no commission on cases: the fee is agreed and paid directly between the clinic and the specialist.
