How ratings work
In DentX a rating is always tied to a finished interaction: a completed case, a hire, a delivered order, a sold or rented listing, or a course you attended. That's why ratings are real. Both sides rate each other (1–5 stars and a comment).
Open Reviews to see your average rating, the star breakdown, Reviews I received and Reviews I wrote. Interactions waiting for your rating show up there and on Home under "My activity".
Something abusive? Use Report on the review, or contact Support.
The professional directory
Professional directory lists dentists, specialists, clinics, labs and suppliers near you. Search by name or service and filter by membership type, verified specialty, governorate, verified only or open to work only, sorted by nearest or highest rated.
A member's profile shows their verified badge, specialties, distance, rating and reviews, with Message, WhatsApp and Send a direct case (send a case to that dentist only).
