Delete your account
Where: Delete my account (from My account). The page lists exactly what will happen:
- Immediately: the account stops and you're signed out on every device; your profile leaves the directory; your open cases, jobs, courses and listings are closed and the people involved are notified.
- After 14 days: the account and its data are deleted permanently.
To confirm, enter your password, type DELETE (or حذف), optionally tell us why, and tap delete. The owner deletes the whole account with all its users; a team member deletes only their own login.
Changed your mind? Within 14 days sign in with the same number and password and choose Restore my account. After that the deletion is final.
Can't sign in? Request deletion from the public account deletion page. Some financial records are kept without names as the law requires — details in the privacy policy.
