Clinic management (the old "Clinic management" tools) now lives in Krown, the clinic software linked to DentX.
Where: Menu → My clinic → My clinic on Krown.
- Tap Open my clinic on Krown — you sign in with your DentX account, no new password (single sign-on). The first time, your clinic account on Krown is created automatically.
- Only your name, phone, account type and plan are shared with Krown.
- Your plan's Krown benefit is shown on the same page: a discount (Basic) or Krown free (Pro / Center) while your DentX subscription is active. If you change your DentX plan, your Krown plan follows.
- DentX store orders go into your Krown inventory when received, and the purchasing advisor reads your Krown inventory.
Your old clinic data is safe — the DentX team moves it to your clinic on Krown.
